help!! car not starting
I have a 1999 honda prelude with a jdm h22a and a jacksonracing supercharger. One day all of a sudden it stopped starting. It turns over the fuel rails full of fuel, the fuel pump primes, theres spark. No engine codes. Every now and then it will burp like its going to fire up but doesn't. Any one have any ideas???
Your sure that the injectors are actually firing? And your sure that you havent flooded the motor right? Maybe try starting it with your foot on the gas pedal to let some more air in, because if the injectors are firing you might have flooded the motor by trying to keep starting it. Happened on my buddies 240sx.
I second Enzo15 on this one. I've had the same problem and the injectors weren't firing. You've got all the basics: spark, fuel, and air.
Get a friend and pull the fuel rail with the injectors attached, then turn it over and see if they are working.

definetly fuel becasue the engine will flood. Pull the plugs let it dry somewhat over night try again the next day and it burps like its going to start and jsut dies out, as if theres a security system preventing it from starting. And no there is no security system it was taken out with the swap. Was running perfectly fine until one day it just stopped.
Anything relevant to the coolant issue? Forgot to mention it lost awhole lot of coolant as well.

Cooling with not affect the car from cranking.
If you have spark and you have fuel, and it is cranking, and it is not turning on, you are missing compression. Those are the only factors that work.
