So, I got codes for EGR and #2 misfire...
I cleaned out EGR and also found that plug 2 and 3 was flooded
with oil...so I replaced upper and lower spark tube seals and the
valve gasket too.
But it is STILL jerky - fine when idling, but jerky when I
accelerate.

Any suggestions on what to try now?

#2 plug, #2 spark plug wire, Cap, rotor, dizzy. If you cleaned out your egr valve with a chemical you may have a bunch of carbon junk build up on your #2 valves making it run like crap. Take the plug out and fuel injector out of #2 cylinder and spray carb cleaner/FI cleaner in it when the vale is open on #2. This will help clean the valves. Also run seafoam in the tank and drive it.
