f22 and f23 auto trans compatible??? ***auto tranny trouble***

98 accord auto 4cyl slips into second, can i use a 96 ob2 auto tranny to replace? is there anything else i should check?

the 6th gen auto trans is a joke. mainly the v6 one, but still the 4 cyl. Stay clear of those as much as possible.

He's asking if he can swap the auto tranny from a 5th gen f22, to an F23. I believe you can, but dont quote me. You might wanna check how the gear ratio's differ. Taller, or shorter gears, ext. My F23 auto trans is acting up the same way--so I'm looking into trans swapping, as well.
