94 del-sol e-brake adjustment

Default 94 del-sol e-brake adjustment

My boys got a delsol how di I adjust the e-brake there is no nut under the console. So I jacked it up found all the linkage and where the should be a adjuster nut there not. Whats the deal no adjust the e-brake

first of all why are you adjusting the parking brake? because if your "boy" has a del sol "s" model it came with the factory rear drums and you can adjust the rear brakes through the drums (reverse threaded spanner shaft that has teeth) or the "equalizer" in which connects to the parking brake lever is behind the rear compartment with the adjusting nut, not underneith the vehicle.

The adjuster nut is next the hand brake itself. I forgot which side but lift up the covering around it you'll find it. Also you should be able to find it without taking off the center counsel.

Drum or disc on the rear?

It has all wheel disc where the cable comes through the floor there is no adjuster. If you go under the car everything is there but where the adjuster is normally on the assembly its not there

never mind I just found it its on the passenger side of the e-brake handle itself. Thanks for the quick response and help guys

There is no adjutster behind the ebrake handle inside the car?
