Any techs or DIY people with the right tools, PM me a quote -- I have the part on me, so I just need to get this fixed so I can change my oil lol.

remove the underdash panel, expose the cable that broke of the handle. Grabe it with visegrips and pull it...it will work

well, one of the screws holding my underdash panel is stripped or something, it won't come out...so I can't remove the panel lol.

the handle didnt actually break. its still attached to the cable, and the cable pulls and everything...I can see the other end where the hood latch is moving and everything, but the hood just doesn't pop.
