Default My Black 09 FA5 and how I got started. ^_^

Hi guys! I'm Jayson and here's how I got started here. I have an older post here but I got some new pics. I also wanted to share what I use to have. I used to own an AE86 which I miss but you gotta move foward right? That car was really really fun drifting and running canyons. I ended up selling it cuz most of my money went on repairs. My wife wanted me to get an FA5 when I was looking for a new car. what caught my attention was the J'S Racing Type X FD2R. On top of that it beat a 350Z in Tsukuba. Well Here are some pics. Have Fun!

AE86:
J-blood kit
CBY Fender Flares
Swift Super Low Springs 8kg front 6kg Rear
Tokiko AGX
T3 Control arms
Cusco 2way LSD
4AGE Bluetop
Customized 4-1 Headers
Weber 45mm DCOE
Carter Racing Fuel Pump
Koyo Racing Radiator
Action Racing Clutch and lightweight flywheel

Taken at CSUN by Rawksteady.

SOLD and Goodbye (It was pink for a drift event @ Willow Springs)

Now Here I am with my FA5. It'll soon be an FD2R. I know I cannot go sideways anymore but it grips will in the canyons! ^_^

FA5
Type R CF lip JDM Replica
Type R Side Skirts
Mugen Window Vent Visors
Skunk 2 Lowering Springs
That's it so far. Check it out!

reppin Ramune LOL

This is what my goal is for my FA5 - FD2R

Hope you guys like the pictures!

I love the AE86. You should have done the conversion first and then got the lips and stuff. Idk 100% but I don't think the lips you have now will fit the other front end

rude? nothing rude about it. now if I said "you're ****in dumb...should have kept the 86" then that would have been rude. my usage of the word "wack" is considered rude? you gotta get out man.

lol this is almost as good as jeopardy!

i woulda swapped the ae86 with a 1jz =]
but if there's constant repairs needed on the car, might as well sell and get a brand new one which is the OP did. and he did make a good choice at the end of the day.

Can't believe this hasn't been said yet. This does not belong here. There is already a stickied Intro thread. No need to create your own. Nice boring FA5 and picture of another car that doesn't belong here.

You're right...it's not stickied but it should be. It's popular enough that it's always near the top of the list and too easy to miss.

The Official picture thread is stickied also:
