okay im getting a 96jdm b18c type r on my 95 ls. can i use a gsr harness? if i can which one obd2a or obd2b and what ecu?

 

If im not mistaking I think the jdm motor is obd1 so you should be able to use your harness get a gsr ecu and run a wire from ecu to vtec

 

no a 96 spec jdm type r swap is 0bd2a, and why would he use a gs-r ecu............on a type r swap?

(easiest way) use a 96-99 usdm engine harness and run the 2 vtec wires from the gang plug on the passenger shock tower to the ecu and use a chipped p28 /

 

Ok. for some reason I thought the jdm cars are obd1. thats why I said if im not mistaking.

 

can i use a p30 ecu and just use a jumper harness to the jdm harness to convert it obd1 to obd2.
and if works can i pass state ref like that?

 

a p30 plugs right into a 95 integra 0bd1=0bd1.......jumper harness?????jdm harness?????you can't use or need either......
