Really unsure now...
I posted about a teg that wouldnt shift...
Well, got a brand new OEM replacement Pressure plate, clutch, and throught bearing.
I pulled the cable up with little force and the car wouldnt go into gear like before. Now I loosened the clutch as much as possible, the car goes into every gear with ease, and the clutch grabs as it should. Now for the kicker...
If you push the clutch all the way in and put it into gear it makes a noise like an r/c car makes. Now, if you let the clutch out just a little, the noise goes away completely. And from there you can let the clutch out further and it grabs, or you can go into other gears no problem, its just when in gear, if you push the clutch in all the way.

I check tomorrow, for sure, though didnt loose much when we pulled the trans. half a court if even that. But then again...That might be all it takes to cause damage.
