Default reinstalling power steering on 94 ex

I am reinstalling my power steering on my 94 ex, it was removed a while back for an engine swap before I got the car.

The original 1.6 is back in,I have the pump/bracket, reservour with large line running to pump, and hard pressure line and sensor.

There are two more lines on the rack and two nipples on the reservour. Do they just connect rack to reservour or is there something else Im missing?

Any help?

thanks.

-Dave

The other 2 lines i believe are supposed to run from side to side on the rack.

im not sure Im following what you said? are you saying they both are just non pressure return lines to the reservour, returning pressure/fluid when wheels are turned side to side?

I think they are relief lines, so when you turn the wheel to the right you are forcing fluid into the feft side and I think the small lines your talking about are actually for the leftover fluid in the right side to travel in to the left.

hmmm...they are two lines crimped off, if they just made a loop I cant see why the would have crimped them? i guess Ill just have to located someone to look at their car. Still have two nipples on the reservour that go somewhere though?

Thats strange, I just did a rack in a DC Integra and I don't remember that having those on the resevior. It could have been different.

I finally found a diagram. One goes straight to the reservoir, the other line goes to the fluid cooler then to the other nipple on the reservoir.
Thanks for your help
