Default Suitable head gasket that will do the job and will not **** me off???

What's going on you guys? I have a question for you. What head gasket do you recommend for a B18C1 with internal work done to it. My friend has a gs-r and his head gasket is leaking. His compression has been upped to 11.5:1 and we are curious on what head gasket he should use. I had Mr. Gasket on my mind, what do you guys think? We really need your advice.
