Default V8-swapped Civic?

Hey guys, I was wondering on what you guys thought about this guy who swapped out his motor for I think a small Chevy block on his Civic.

stupid, for the amount of money, time and work that went into doing it you might aswell turbo a b series. turbo'd b series would make the same power and way lighter engine.

hAHA.. pretty kOol to where its not likely to see a swaped v8 civic but its a total kill, no lOnger a four bAnger that holds the honda fame.! and yEs, alot of $$ into all of that!..

gotta love the engine sound at 45-50 seconds but the pulleys are not turning ....haha must be the sound of something else driving by

This car is probably more reliable than any B-Series turbo..... It can make 500 passes at 11.xx and never hiccup.....

It was. You'll also notice the motor wasn't vibrating and the fuel pressure guage was at 0.

i have seen this car many times in person as well as see it run at new england drag way. guy seems pretty cool also had a turbo h hatch that was very nice.
