Default 97accord brake issues

Today I was trying to do a simple job of just changing out the pads and rotors on my girlfriends brothers 97 accord dx just the front rotors and pads since the back is drums. Everything went smooth I got the caliper off and the new pads in and the caliper ready to go then I went to take off the hub and rotor and I took the first two bolts out and they came out very easy. Well the next to are whats giving me the trouble I tried taking them off and realized whoever did work on it before stripped the heads on two of the bolts and now I cant get them off no matter what I try ive tried heating them with a torch and even went out and bought sockets that are supposed to get bolts with rounded heads out. If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this I would greatly appreciate it because it is driving me nuts.

l had that same prob l got a drill bit close to the size of the thread end of bolt and then punch and dril the very center of the bolt head slowly. u will need to get new bolts but dont cost alot. bolt head will fall right off and unscrew threads out with visegrips once u get it off

Worse comes to worse go to the junkyard and get new knuckles.

If you get hubs from the 2.3L Acura CL paired with 94-97 bearings, this will make the car rotor over hub like most normal cars.
