Default Quick egr port question...

So I was getting the cel for the egr valve and decided to clean it as well as the ports. Right now I have just taken the egr valve off, cleaned it, and removed 3 of the 6 plugs and cleaned in the runners. I haven't taken off the fuel rail or anything so far and really don't want to (I guess I have to in order to get to the other 3 plugs). My question is, can I get away with only doing 3 of the 6 plugs? I know it's a half *** job, but I have no idea how to get the bottom bolt off of the iatv valve (whatever the thing sticking off the intake manifold is) and I really don't want to take off the fuel rail. Is it going to run better, worse or the same if I just do 3 of the ports? Thanks.

Also, is there a hole in the bottom of the ports that are closer to the motor? I can clearly see the holes in the ports further from the motor on the runners, but can't tell if I need to try to keep poking for a blocked hole in the others.

there should be a hole on the side of the manifold, like a clean out or run out hole. that make it easier.

Right here?

I don't believe the 2 ports closest to the engine have any holes that lead to the runners. I'm looking at mine right now and they aren't even over runners.

I'm thinking about just spraying carb cleaner into mine through the egr valve port and letting it run out of the runners. Kind of lazy, but this isn't even the reason I have my IM off so anything is better than just throwing it back on. Plus mine are welded over so it would be a pain. Anyone want to steer me away from this plan?
