Simple Oxygen Sensor Q
1996 LX F22B2 / stock exhaust.
I was wondering if the oxygen sensors in the front and rear were the same, except for cord length. I bought an O2 sensor on Ebay for the manifold which arrived damaged. They sent another O2 sensor out that was still attached to the pipe, the rear O2 sensor.
I figured if they are the same, I can just extend the lines on the other and it will work as intended.
Thanks
Eddy

Yes, o2 sensors are basically the same as long as you're not trying to replace a 4-wire with a 2-wire or something of that nature. Also, because the o2 sensor wires are made out of steel and not copper, regular solder isn't going to work. Crimping the wires together is better in this case.
