Anyone know how to get a b16 barrd in an ej1? I live in Socal. Whatexactly do you do to get it's barrd? Is it exspensive? Help me out this is my first car with a swap and I don't want to get ****ed over by the cops

 

Have all the smog components, right ecu, engine for the same make ( ie car engine for a car thats why b20s can't be bar'ed in a car), and also same year or newer. You can go up in OBD but not vise versa. Most likley forgot some stuff, but those are the mains
