Default crank pulley stuck on shaft

so i got the crank bolt out and pulled the woodruf key out too.. but the pulley itself won't slide off. it moves about 1/8 inch then gets stuck and i cant pull it off. i sprayed some wd40 on it then tried prying around with a screw driver, still no luck... any ideas to pull it off?

o and with the woodruf out, i can spin the pulley itself freely on the shaft, so i'm pretty sure its not rusted or anything

will the engine tilt enough to fit a puller in there by only removing the driver side mounts?

Check the A/C idler pulley. If it's mounting bolt is loose the pulley may be touching the crank pulley preventing it from sliding out.

Use 2 prybars one one each side and work it from side to side
it has worked for me many times at the shop

Mine usually pops right off, but last time I had to do the prybar on each side back and forth trick.
