Just got the car all done today. 1996 Civic LX 4 door, green with tan interior. Outside is pretty nice except for the passenger side fender which will need replaced. Interior is currently dirty but I'll clean it up quite a bit; headliner sagging, one door panel has a couple gashes in the vinyl.

Good:
Brand new head gasket installed yesterday
Newer head installed yesterday
New timing belt, water pump, tensioner installed yesterday.
Clutch, pressure plate replaced about 8,000 miles ago.
2000 Civic EX 5 speed trans. Kind of weird going into 2nd. Shifting normally, it's great. Shift more aggressively and it either grinds or does not want to go in. Once it's in gear, it's just fine. Probably needs a synchro spring by the sound of it.
Newer exhaust
Alternator replaced about 5,000 miles ago.
NO RUST

Bad:
Passenger side fender needs replaced or at least beat back out
Will probably need brakes in the next 15,000 miles
Door panel has gash and headliner sagging. Carpet a bit stained.
