HELP! Has anyone ran into the problem with oil getting into the spark plug holes...
Ok. Anyone that can help would be great, and i thank you all in advance. I have a turbo d16z6 built with 1200 miles on the motor. and i know for a fact its done right and there's nothing wrong with the build because my friend that built it for me has been building motors for a long time. So Heres my situation:
Problem: Oil always get into my spark plug holes where the spark plug wires connect with the plugs. Oil is seeping out of my valve cover bolts.
What i have done so far: I changed the valve cover gaskets, the spark plug o-rings the rubber grommets on the bolts for my valve cover. And it's still doing it.
IDK maybe i'll just put the non-detergent oil back in and let the valves seal more because thats what i was told. but if anyone has ever ran into this problem and has fixed it. please let me know how to fix the problem.
