ecu not reading
i went to get my car inspected and the ecu not reading friend said might be a blown fuse but never cuased a problem with my car driving though any thoughts its 98 civic cx hatch

check for voltage on the correct pins on your obd2 connector.. idk what pin so look it up, but if you have voltage at that pin then its working... if not, start tracing power ;-)
or swap for a known good ecu
