Default Need a new tranny!

I was driving down the highway and my car turns off! I was like, wtf, so I pull over and start the car in nuetral and it starts fine. I take my foot off the clutch and it stalls! So I have it towed to Acura and somehow my fluid ran completly dry and the transmission seized up! They said they would put me on the list for a new transmission. My Questions. How could a tranny run try of fluid if it was just rebuilt by Naples Acura 3-4 months ago? And... Anyone have any idea how long it takes to get a tranny? Thanks

Didnt even mind reading the post, but how many miles did it have? Sounds like somebody didnt fill it up previously? Cracked casing is a small possibility.

If you need a JDM ITR 4.785, let me know. My source has a few in stock and ready to ship. Trust me 4.785 SPANKS 4.40.

All OEM ITR trannies are on a Nationwide Backorder. There was a release date of 9/16 but it changes from time to time. There was a total of 161 Trannies being produced and shipped to the US whe it releases, but get this, all of them are spoken for. Sorry hooptie, it's gonna be a while.

2 years ago I smelld some ugly **** during driving. Red Tranny oil comes out from the right axle. I don' tknow how many litres I lost. I took it to the dealer to get it repaired. My syncros was bad 2 month later, don't know if the tranny oil problem was the reason.

Did'nt you smell anything, it smells like some plastic is burning.
