Default crome not responding in real-time

Hi
Last weekend i was trying to tune my civic, d15b7, custom turbo setup, stock d16z6 basemap modified for boost on crome, after installing my ngk afx wideband o2 sensor. i am using free crome and an ostrich for real time programming. the car is running extremely rich at idle(around 9.5) but is alot better when on the throttle(12-14). i was adjusting the offset and fuel multiplyer in crome but the idle air-fuel ratio wouldnt rise about 10. i know the perfect idle afr is 14.7, but im no where close. when i adjust my tune on crome, which is set for real time updates, it seems like its not really making any difference in the afr's. even when i change the idle, or rev limiter, it doesnt even effect the car. on crome it says the ostrich is successfully connected to the ecu so im confused as to why the tune is not changing...any advice would be greatly appreiciated
thanks, jordan

Everytime you make some adjustments you should "verify" the data..

After you have the map and opitions setup you should write the data then "realtime" adjust from there.

its user end error...run through the steps, its not hard.
