What do you mean by stock? Stock off what chassis?
Any B Series header will bolt up to a B series motor however its the length/size of the exhaust(Which is chassis specific) which you will have to worry about.

Technically it will bolt up to the head however the fitment of it to the exhaust may not be exact.
Why not just buy a cheap tubular header off ebay?

because someones selling one locally for 5 bux and im just ganna use it to pass emissions, because i have a turbo kit on the car rite now with a full 3" exhaust with the 3 bolt flang. so i was ganna cut off the stock two bolt flang and have a 3" reducer pipe welded to the ls header and have a 3", 3 bolt flang welded to that so i can bolt this ls header to the exhaust. think this will work?

i can note that all b series headers, while the flange may be the same, the lengths, as mentioned above, are not. when i bought my gsr it had a dc 4-1 on it, and it by no means fits right, the mounting point near the collector sits about 2" from the block, and it pulled the exhaust forward so much that the bend in the exhaust pulled into the s curve causing major noise, i had to the the exhaust extended 3-4 " to compensate.

just found out in some search archives....

94-01 LS header are same as 00-01 GSR header
94-99 GSR header is approx 4' shorter.

Now i'm not sure about DA LS & EM1 header lenght

I would think type r is the widest however the longest is LS or Type R.
