Icon6 A couple of issues... (Overheating plus)

1) I actually have various little problems with my H22A, One is the anoying RPM going up and down once the car warms up so i blocked of the Idle Air Control Valve to c if that would fix it and nope it wasn't that so im thinking it should be the temp sensor cause it only does it once the engine is warm.

2) My H22A tends to overheat a little every once in a while, im talking about little past the temp icon on the gauge so i checked the fan and it worked perfect even installed another fan and didn't do nothing, installed a new thermostat flushed the whole system put in some 50/50 collant with royal purple colland additive and nothing, took the thermostat out drilled 4 little holes on it and nothing, what else can I do.?

Ohhh forgot to mention its a fully built H22A with a T3/T4 turbonetics system running 16 pounds boost, front intercooler, small aluminum radiator.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

-Do a leakdown test to insure that the headgasket isnt failing.....
-make sure you run an OEM honda thermostat for the h22
-make sure your radiator is not clogged , my turbo d16 had a clogged radiator and it would overheat ....
-test the cooling system to verify that its holding pressure,no pin holes in hoses, proper rediator cap,etc....
