Hello everyone I have a 94 GSR and it idles real low about around 100 rpms and it fluctuates...the need bounces from 100 to 1000 rpms....i did timing and everything but motor still does not idle and normal rate and is bouncy...im not sure what could be wrong with it...please help me figure this out thank you very much

 

check the iac and map sensors first then go from there if the check engine light is on pull the codes.

Like he said, check, clean, or replace IACV if needed. Check for any bad gasket especially the one on the intake manifold. Test for vacuum leaks and check and pull codes on CEL if there is any.
