Default Coolant woes

Hey everyone, could use a bit of help with this
98 civic ex
165k miles
Only mods are Apexi WS2 catback, Megan racing 4-2-1 header

Anywho, the car seems to lose coolant, not sure where it's going. Rad is fairly new (replaced a little over a year ago). No visable leaks or any smoke whatsoever. It's not losing it very quickly, I'd say maybe a quart over 2 weeks or so. Strange thing is that the reservoir never goes dry, it actually is almost always completely topped off, even if I empty it down to the low line. After a few days at the latest it's back up to the top. Maybe something with the cap? Maybe it's just burning it? Any thoughts? It never overheats, occasionally it will start to creep up a bit if I'm at a standstill when it ends up getting low on coolant. Weird thing is that the fan will at best only occasionally switch on it's not completely dead, just comes on when it feels like it, have to check that out as well. =\

Since you say their are no leaks, id say your engine is burning coolant. Try changing the headgasket

Maybe the water pump leaks only when you're driving.

I know mine does, because I never have coolant on the ground when I park, and my coolant level goes down progressively. When I finally checked it out there was some coolant drops around my water pump. I still need to change it tho, kinda lazy.

I'll check out the water pump, it could most definitely be that. I'm not sure if the previous owner replaced it around 100k miles, but I know I haven't done so yet. Thanks for the tip.

No smoke that I've ever noticed. If anything, just the little bit of steamy "smoke" when it's really cold out, like most. I'll take another look tonight when I start it up, just to double check.
