Hello all. I have a 99 dx D16Y8. Here is the situation. My cars idle is off. Onw moment i am sitting at the light and the idle is high and out of no where it will drop and almost turn off and I have to put it in neutral and give it gas to keep it from dying. Also, i have to fully advance my timming just to get the car to start. Any suggestions????

Have you tried adjusting your idle screw?
Have you cleaned your IACV?
Checked for Vacuum Leaks?

How are the plugs, wires, cap and rotor?
