ROH parts
So I was looking up parts for ROH conversion and I came across this
http://www.streetbeatcustoms.com/OEM...sembly/536735/
The picture that's on the page was not showing the right parts and I chat with one of ther agents online and he/she told me that I'll get a product of assembled wheel bearing and the hub.
Has anyone bought these before?

Why the hell would you not just go through a known reputable dealer like TAS Auto? Or buy them from an online Honda dealer yourself?
You're better off buying a NAPA-branded part than that thing.
TAS has a full complete set for $360
You're looking at $120 for random parts from some random website + (~$100) rotors + pads
If you piece it together yourself with GOOD quality parts I'm sure it'll come out cheaper than TAS's. The Accord FAQ lists the part numbers.

Something I wouldn't cheap out on is braking components.
Some things you can get away with it - exhaust piping, strut bars, etc.
Things like tires, brakes, etc I wouldn't be using crap no-name stuff
