99 B16a2 into 93 del sol will not start!
jus dropped in motor a week ago and motor was running a couple months ago when pulled out of another del sol. it cranks but wont turn over and it has spark, fuel, and compression but still nothing. redid the timing, changed distributor, and swapped out the ECU but same story everytime. no CEL's either

 

Are you sure the mechanical timing is dead on?

What were the compression values for each cylinder?

Are the plug wires installed in the correct firing order on the distributor cap?

didnt run comp for numbers but i was thinking it should start regardless

yes firing order is right. set everything to TDC and started firing order from where the rotor was pointing
