Default Tire/Rim fitment question on 09 SI

I just got an 09 Civic SI 4 Door and its about to snow here in WNY.
A guy is selling a set of rims off a 2003 Accord V6 with 205/60R16 snow tires.
I know that its the same lug pattern of 5x114.3 but will they work?
Also tirerack says to go with 205/55R16 if i go with 16" rims. Will the tire size work as well?

Thanks for any input.

Thanks, will the center hub opening play any role in this? and the offset?

Or since they are both Honda it should be good?
