Default Question on a chipped ecu?

when i bought my si the car came with a chipped ecu. the chip is a m38256ap-65 OKI.

my question is, what programs can i use for it? chrome, ghettodyne, uberdata?

or would my best bet would be to just buy a new chip and reprogram that? (probably this)

i've googled the chip, and pgmfi.org say they throw those chips away and get different ones, so....

and i would ask the original owner what program is already on it but yeah, don't think he knows that he sold me the car with the chipped ecu or else he would have taken it out before selling it to me.

any thoughts would be appreciated.
