i check the fuses an they were good & also the replay... the turn sigal light doesnt flash on the cluster neither .... with the harzard on or just regular turn signal...everything on the cluster works except turn signal lights...

 

Check the hazard switch:

 

could it be a ground?

 

Make sure the hazard switch is plugged in. Those are symptoms of having an unplugged hazard switch.

 

+1 on an unplugged hazard switch. Check that first.

 

my car has this exact same problem - I checked the haz. switch and it's not unplugged + the light on the haz. switch goes on (the hazzards and turn signals do not work) - could the haz. switch be bad even though it lights up?

check the relay for the turn signals on the fuse box under the dashboard.
