i know this isn't tech, but there was a post in here awhile back involving using some Acura (I think) OEM studs from like a CL or something and they were oem Honda/Acura, but were the same length as blox/skunk2/arp extended studs or longer than OEM. I tried to search, but I'm not sure if it was that car, or something else, but I'm pretty sure it was an Acura. Anyone know where the post is? Or know which car it was and what year? I'm gonna keep searching, as I may have overlooked it. But just put up a link to it, or if you know the year/make/model, that's fine too. TIA

i don't see why honda would make oem extended lugs when all of the lug nuts they use are close ended.

 

It had something to do with the thickness of the oem wheel they had on the car... They used studs that were a little longer than most other honda/acura so that they could have a safe useful amount of thread on the stud to use...
