Another wheel stud option..........1996-1998 Acura TL 3.2 rear wheel studs
Just in case people are not aware....................
If you need or want to replace wheel studs, most people are only aware of 3 options:
1) OEM part numbers and OEM length
2) ARP OEM length. The threads are actually OEM length, but the bare part on the ends makes them about 0.2 inches longer than OEM.
3) ARP, Skunk, Blox extended wheel studs. These are always a full inch longer than normal. You must run open ended lugnuts with these.
There is a fourth option out there. It is the OEM rear wheel studs from the 1996-1998 Acura 3.2 TL Sedan. These have the exact same specs as Civic and Integra OEM studs, except that they are 1/2 inch longer. The Honda part number is 90113-SD2-005. You can also go to NAPA, give them the OEM part number, and they will cross reference it to get you the right ones.
Why go with these? So you can have extended studs and still be able to use closed ended lug nuts without bottoming out.
Have a nice day

You can also use the front studs from the 3.2 TL, but they are only 1/4 inch longer than OEM Civic / Integra studs.
That means that the rear studs are longer than the front on an OEM 3.2 TL.

Ahh, I remember someone posting a question about longer OEM studs, but I couldn't remember which model it was from. I told him either TL or RL. I also remembering someone posting a pic comparing a stock Integra/Civic to the longer OEM stud, but couldn't find it.
Front TL Studs: 90113-SD4-902 BOLT, WHEEL (SAGA)
Rear TL Studs: 90113-SD2-005 BOLT, WHEEL

***UPDATES***UPDATES***UPDATES***
The dealer has the Acura 3.2 TL wheel studs on back order for whatever reason.
I went to NAPA and bought wheel studs there instead. I gave them the Acura factory part # 90113-SD2-005 and they indeed cross referenced it with the studs they carry. The NAPA part number is 641-2791. The price is $3.55 each.
I took a pictures comparing the OEM Civic/Integra wheel studs (1.625") versus the OEM TL 3.2 wheel studs (2.0") for a difference is 0.375 inches. Everything else is the same otherwise.
Regarding the front studs from the Acura 3.2 TL, I did not reasearch those as much, but I understand that they are about 0.25 inches shorter than the 3.2 TL rears. So those may be another option.
So again, this serves as another alternative to expensive extended studs from ARP, Blox, or Skunk. You can still have the cleaner looking closed ended tuner lugs and still have the extra meat with more threads for durability.

ok i went to checkers, autozone, advance, acura, and napa. i forgot to write down the part number you posted so i just asked them for the 96-98 Acura Tl 3.2 rear wheel studs every store i went to said the the fronts are longer. they said the rear was 32mm long and the fronts were 42mm long. i couldnt find the one that is 48mm long. so when i finally got home i called all the store and asked them to cross reference the honda part number. Napa was the only store who carry these i guess. checkers said they would have to order them. autozone and advance didnt even no this part # exist. so is that honda part number you posted for sure for the acura tl?????

The correct factory part number is 90113-SD2-005 for the '96-'98 Acura TL. Please use it when you are at the Acura or Napa parts counter. I cannot vouch for Autozone or Checker.
Follow that part number and you will have studs that are 3/8 inch longer.

well this is all about preference but do alot of people like the closed lug nut look? I personally like the open ended extended look.. it looks racy in my opinion.

Re: Another wheel stud option..........1996-1998 Acura TL 3.2 rear wheel studs
weill i dont think its all for looks. my stock studs was too short to mount on my aftermarket rims. so instead of buying extended wheel stud which cost 55 dollars and a set of open end lugs which cost atleast 30 dollars, ill just buy a set of acura tl which only cost me 20 dollars here in colorado. .
