Any of the Hondata options, neptune, AEM, etc. Do it right, spend the money where it matters, which is on tuning so the car runs correctly.

Heck Even a Greddy Emanage would suffice for you.

don't install it until you can get something to tune w/ cuz you could end up having to fork out another 3 grand for another motor

is that a s100 system that you can tune? or is it just something you need...

can you not just get your stock ecu tuned?

and also, is crome a program that you download and tune your stock ecu or is it a piggyback system like hondata or aem ems?

and finally, can you just buy a chipped ecu and have it tuned w/out a piggyback system?

I'd say dont risk it by running the motor untuned, despite it being a mild setup.
No you cannot tune the stock ECU, there is no gui or tunable parameters within a stock ECU, things like a VAFC are the lowest form of tuning without physically modifying your ECU.

All the other programs you mentioned will require you to chip your ECU to run them.
I would say just try to find a S100 System as it would be cheaper.

IF your asking me this question, your not ready to do what your about to do..

Read alittle bit more into it.. you dont need a GM 3 bar..
But from a professional standpoint i'd upgrade your fuel pump and injectors..

here's what you need dsm 450cc injectors, go cheap apexi neo, walbro 255 fuel pump, wide band, boost gauge, and later in the future a hondata but neo will do for now.

What is this "it" you are referring to?
You really need to do some research, the knowledge base here on HT is extensive. Search in the https://honda-tech.com/forums/engine-management-tuning-124/ section as well.

Once you do some reading get back to us, then you will realize how half assing and "going the cheap" route isn't going to get you anywhere.

im referring to the missing link
and i have been searching, thats why i posted my own thread to answer questions i couldnt find
and i dont have the money to fork out 200 for s100, 250 for a tune, 150 for an ecu, 75 for obd2 to obd1 converter, 80 for fuel pump, and 80 for fuel pressure regulator

i want my turbo kit on and i dont even care if i get 15hp i just want it on so i can enjoy it, and if the missing link is an option until i can fork out the cash for all the other **** then ill take it

i just wanna know if it causes problems because from what ive found in my research havent found anything bad besides people saying "you need to get hondata" but they NEVER explain why

i mean im talkin like maybe 3 weeks, i just found on xenocron a kit that comes with the conversion cables and crome pro for 400...so it wouldnt be a long time runnin with the missing link and im gunna need a fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator/bigger injectors anyway

Chill and do it right, why rush into it using junk products???
So just because you can't wait to get it on, you want to risk blowing up your motor? patience > New motor................

Trust me, I've been there, wait and do IT RIGHT!!
