overheating problem on my civic

Default overheating problem on my civic

driving my civic it start overheating and when the temperature needle was a little over 3/4 the car shutdonw . it looks like a cooling hose the goes in to the block blew i replace it then i check the spark plugs but the wires from cilinder 3&4 where melted finaly i got to the spurk plugs and in side cilinder 3 looks like ther is water mix whit gas more water than gas does tha means is time for a engine upgrade or a new one???? please any buddy knows if is tha fixavle or what is worng whit my civic ??
