I know its not a 9second street car like most here. This is my 2nd daily driver ,even goes to homedepot a few times to pickup shelving lol.


it was a good seasons and managed to try out a few things , find out what works and what doesnt, found a lot of boost leaks which we fixed but didnt really have to much time to bring the power to what it can hit. we had the car at about 480-490whp.

How much HP you running?

 

your sitting in the water box too long and a shifting to 2nd too soon, good job getting close to 10's though im sure you will see em next time out!

 

we were at 488whp i believe, after fixing all the boost leaks the tires i had at the dyno were **** and we really didnt have much time, once we brought the boost more up the tires kept spinning and i couldnt go much lower on tire pressure nor did i have any good tires. We had the car last year at 520 but it would loose hp doto boost leaks and a messed up intercooler but that was all fixed the last time around

 

correct i do have the evo h2b kit, i might change a few things on it like grind my block so the slave fits in the stock position or might purchase the qsd adapter for the slave and flywheel adapter

 

how many lbs were in your slicks? boost leak testers are the **** invest in one the have saved my *** a few times!

 

at the track we went from 7-8 around there i think i ran 6 once and **** myself but usually 8.

im always doing stuff on my car at the shop and whats funny one day joe told me about a machine he has and from then on i went nuts on my car checking everything with the smoke machine (mind you it has an amazing smell lol)
