my clutch

i put a h22a4 in my 92 lude my clutch wont engage its stayin on the ground i tried bleedin it but still nothin

The clutch system has nothing to do with starting the car. There is a set of wires on the clutch pedal that goes to the ecu that tells the ecu that the clutch is in neutral and you can start the car from there.

well i know that i got the car to start but cant shift into gear cause the clutch stays down
