Tonneau Cover price OMG
So I bought my S acouple months ago, but it didn't come with a tonneau cover or an owners manual. Whatever it not a big deal or so I thought I'm getting an 00 with 28k for a deal, car is nearly flawless.
I went to the dealership last night to get a tonneau cover, I estimated it's value to be ~$160-$250 new. They want close to $900 for a piece of leather(might not even be real) with some buttons on it.
I guess I'm used to civic pricing, but I doubt the tonneau is worth 1/14th of the cars value.
end rant

Yeah, but it's probably the CR one. I believe those are ~$900 from the dealer. Oh, and $900 being 1/14 of the car? The item is new, so you have to compare it to the new MSRP price of the car which is ~$34,000 (with the CR being slightly more).
I'd give mine away for free, it's still in it's original packaging. If you can't come pick it up, don't bother asking, I'm not shipping. :D I actually gave the one from my 01 away years ago.
