im planing on painting my car milano red and thats already decided, but i wanna know if anyone has ever added any pearl or flakes to it?

 

adding pearl to the base coat won't change it too much, but if you just spray a pearl coat, then you'll see a difference. As for adding flakes, if you're looking to have a lot of flake, just add it in with your clear coat.

I actually did paint my AC dryer red with a pearl coat. It came out looking alright. I'll take a few pics for you and post them up

 

sweet, well because my car is a 92 gsr i dont wanna take to much of its Flava away i dont want nothing crazy just a little more shizam to the red.

 

silver pearl in the basecoat would look nice

 

here you go...There's quite a bit of a metalic look to it but my camera wouldn't pick it up
