horsepower is directly related to the ammount of fuel the engine can burn effeciently.
since the 20 psi can mean different results with different turbos, it really means nothing. i do see you posted the turbo you are using. but still you need a power goal.
since there is a little flaming and generally no useful information in this thread, its time to drop the hammer.
to the op, go back and look at your setup, have a realistic power goal, and think about how much room you need to grow into the injectors.
there are a few threads in the faq's that can help you find what you are looking for.
