94 civic b20 vtec
i have a 94 civic witha b20 vtec with gsr head it has a chipped p28 ecu not sure what it is chipped with. i unplugged the ecu to look to see if it was socketed and when i plugged it back in it idled at 2000 rpm and wont go past 4000 is this caused by a limp mode or what, i cant figure it out
