well i was wondering if it was possible to weld the cat too close to the shifter because im about to buy a civic coupe and they say that the cat is welded too close to the shifter. it makes a noise whenever im shake it in nuetral and they say that its the cat rubbing witht he shifter. any idea if thats true?

 

yeah that could be possible if they did a really ****ed up job of welding it...
