need help on recaro seat swap

okay so im swaping this recaro into a 99 ek found out the seatbelt is not there so i was wondering how im going to get a seat belt there. the recaro has sparco rail. please help

Take off the seatbelt ends off your stock seats and get them welded onto the rail or somewhere very sturdy.

OR

Get some racing harnesses.

yea figure thats what i might have to do but im thinking of cutting a piece of sturdy metal and faba a place and bolt it to the bracket cause that bracket sits too low under the seat style
