just because its rear wheel drive doesn't mean anything. money on the other hand does. here, i found this by using the SEARCH option. it should look like mine. big box, that has an icon with the word Search on it.

go with an h22. seems to be the engine of choice around here. cheap, and quite a bit more hp than a stock sohc vtec engine.

jhammond_82 was nice enough to give you at least one suggestion, and it is a good one.

However, there are TONS of different ways to improve your performance, not all of them involving swapping the engine.

As jhammond_82 stated before, try using the search feature AND even google search. A lot of honda-tech stuff pops up there anyway. Your question is far to general to be answered properly.

I'd say thats probably the number one reason why so many threads go on with no resolution to their questions/problems.

Anyway, OP it doesn't hurt to ask questions (please don't think we are knocking you for that). But please have your questions be as specific as possible and make sure you have done some research. Number one pet-peeve of a lot of people on forums is the guys/gals that log on and ask general questions that have been answered many times (and those answers are easily found).

And to answer your last question: We need to know what your engine choice is before we know what trans you need. If you are going with an F20C or F22C you can just look at jhammond's thread. If you want an H22, you can go with any H series 5 speed or F series (from the Accord) 5 speed. Depends on what gearing you want.

look at my setup man, same motors f23 turbos kit are in low demand, find someone that's reliable on ebay selling their kit. I paid about 2,500 for a used but excellent kit, ECU and dyno tuned. Do your research. I haven't even touched my block or head yet. Find an Engine swap for your car that equal $2,500 or less that will give you the track time i produce.
