d15b2 mini me timing help

hey guys im sure there is a post about this someweher out there but i have had no luck getting my mini to run right. for some reason the car seems to bog alot at take off and i think its the timing. could any one help?

sorry i forgot to mention that i have a y8 head on it... with an aem adj. cam gear
