If you have a true need for S2P3s, I will have to guess your setup is NOT good for daily driving.....13:1cr?
There are a handful of people running them, most notibly Natalie from Blacktrax. She was one of the original testers.
As far as I know, they are NOT VTEC killers.

I'd be curious to see what his setup is. Most people that ASK about P3s barely have the setup to justify Pro2s.

If this is your setup, then most certainly it would benefit from Pro3's. There is no reason you can't daily drive a setup like that. Why do you think you could not?

Nope, the Pro3's just have a more aggressive non-vtec profile than most other "off the shelf" cams, but you can tune the idle to be smooth just like stock for the most part.

Sounds like a great setup for the Pro3s.
What crank is that? Crower?

s2p2's.. it was only tuned to make the car run... i was supposed to go back to get it tuned after i fixed some things that were in need of fixing.. i fixed them and then a cam gear slipped and blew my pistons and broke my valves... so im just refinishing that up to get started all over again. the tuner wasnt at fault because they never touched the gears to make adjusments. just my own fault not knowing that when you put the gears on the cams your suppose to torque them down before using them..

I would still contact Nat from Blacktrax...
What are you using for header/intake manifold?
Have you considered E85? Ohhh.....wait, Cali FTL on that.

i hope you know how to degree cams. thats why your internals became friends in the first place. Going to the Pro3 means taking steps in even greater excess to ensure the correct clearances. The Pro cams are NOT drop in cams.

yeah i know that. i had a machine shop build my motor and he did all the arrangements... just the cam gears were not bolted down and they slipped causing the internals to meet
