Default rear speakercover removal in 99 civic

hey guys so over the summer I got all new speakers in my car and best buy installed them (got it for free will never let them touch my car again) but when they put the plastic speaker cover that sit behind the back seats in again they only put in like 4 tabs. anyways it rattles a lot when music is turned up and sometimes at idle. I need to know how to remove it so i can replace the missing tabs but i dont wanna start pulling panels and not able to put them back in so does anyone have a DIY or can tell me how to remove it? thanks for any help
