the lower arms from the gsr and type r as a full assembly are different in the last 3 characters.
52371-ST7-R02 is the type r and the gsr is G91
my question is, will the USDM itr hub, fit into the gsr lower arm?
the fronts i know will, but will the rears?
also, what is the difference in size in the rotors front and rear in the gsr and usdm type r?

I'm guessing you are asking if the ITR hub will fit a GSR RTA. It will fit but you can't "bolt" it up correctly because the GSR RTA hub bolt is longer and the nut is too thick. I have heard of guys using the Mazda I believe it was the protoge axle nut and it works. The other thing is just man up the $$ and order the ITR RTA like a buddy of mine did.

haha no! im too cheap. i dont need the bigger brakes, they arent much bigger anyways. its just for wheel options. 4x100 is pretty limited. but 5x114.3 is everywhere
Are you serious? I sold my 5 lug conversion because I didn't get the rims I wanted for the 5x114.3. Most era correct wheel for my car USDM or JDM are 4x100.
