hi there...

I just got new 18/19 wheels that require a 5 mm spacer in the front. Do I also need to change out my studs to longer ARP studs? Where do I buy them at?
Also right now I have the spacer that one of those cheapers ones, I heard they are better spacers I can use but they cost like $100 can someone tell me which ones are those and where I can buy them. Sorry for my lack of knowledge in spacers and studs, its confusing me. Also there is a black center ring I think they call it. Which is a big o rubber ring, whats that called and where can I buy it as well. When you put new wheels on these are the 3 things to add correct ?

A 5mm spacer would be the absolute limit to run on stock studs. If you have the cash to spare, Id definitely do it the right way and change out the stock studs for longer ones. Safety first.
"Project Kics" makes a quality spacer kit that includes the extended studs. Unfortunately, the smallest they offer is a 10mm.
"H&R" also makes a quality spacer kit w/ extended studs for the S2000. They do offer a 5mm spacer.
The black ring you speak of is a Hubcentric ring. Im guess you can find those at your local Tuner shop. If the wheel itself is hubcentric, then there's no need to run the rings.

Btw. Are you putting 18"/19" wheels on a S2000? Are you crazy???!!!

Straight on view:

NSX rims from the rear side view:

Side profile – Tires are 245/40 in the rear and 215/40 up front (plan to use some 10mm spacers up front)

And lastly my favorite shot:
