Like it says i need to make a down pipe for my car and i am having trouble. It is a 1990 acura integra with stock b18. So i am running a blox mani, garret 60trim with a 4bolt exhaust flange. I have my compressor side of the turbo on the driver side of the car. I am running my i/c through the frame rail. Now i need a downpipe and i tood it to a couple local shops around me and they all tell me that they cant make the bend??? And i cant find one for sell that is for this setup. So any ideas, should i flip the turbo around so the compressor side is on the passenger side??? I also remember reading something about the blox manifold being meant for a turbo that has a 5 bolt exhaust housing??? LMK what you guys think!!

will not fit with 4-bolt turbine housing and compressor on driverside. wont work
and i can make you the wg elbow if you need one
The manifold you have is AC comp, thats why it sits like that. Turn the turbo around, make a new downpipe and it will fix your problem. Or have someone who can fabricate and make a downpipe with some pie cuts. That will make the bend you need to clear the radiator. I have plenty of experiance with the same situation that your in.

turbo. the only other cast manifold remotely CLOSE to fitting is the inline pro and the revhard.
you still have to do an excessive amount of block grinding in order to fit it in .

A another cast manifold for the 4 bolt housing is $300-$400. The Inline pro is the one your looking for on the 4 bolt cause the Revhard one will be too tight because that one is made for the 5 bolt housings.

Thanks alot guys...i think i am trading a guy for a ebay t3/t4 and im goin to ask for some money...how much do you think 150?? 100??
You could do that, but the Turbine housing is around $200-$250 but you have to know the full specs of your turbo and cheapturbo.com have then or ATP turbo have then as well.

turbine housings itself are bout 250+ depending on model.
we can get them too
the inline pro has a 4-bolt version. and they have the regular one everyone uses which is a revhard copy, just with a diff wastegate placement

so i dont know i guess i have a turbo for sale lol ill have to snap some pics of it....

If you really want to keep that turbo you can however you will have to find a performance shop to make you a DP which will run you $300-$400.
If you go to a local muffler shop and ask them to weld something like that then forget it. People used to tell me that a 3" DP on my CRX was not possible then someone posted this pic of a 3" DP on a CRX with A/C so it can be done by the right welder but it will cost ya.

Good news!!! I took it to a local shop here and they hooked me up with a 2 1/2" downpipe, the only thing i had to do was take a lil notch out of the front crossmember so it doesnt rattle on it...Only drove it for like 45 mins but i havent had any problems....And also they wouldnt install it on my car...they would only make it then they gave me the downpipe and told me i had to put it on lol
